Review of Kegel8

After giving birth I was concerned about Kegel exercises that we had learned about in prenatal classes. Through the exercises, it would tighten up the muscles again through the pelvic floor and therefore would help to strengthen up the pelvis. While the prenatal instructor was describing the methodology of how to complete Kegel exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor, I was unsure as to whether or not that I was doing it right. I mean, how do you know that you are making an impact? How do you know that you are doing the exercises right and they are going to strengthen the pelvic floor?

Using the kegel8, I was able to really know that the exercises that were being completed would have an impact on the pelvic floor. At first, I thought the device would be uncomfortable and difficult to use, but it was surprisingly easy. It didn’t even hurt! Really, it just felt like small stimulations from the portion of the device that was attached to the body. Pelvic floor exercises can take valuable time from the day, and you don’t even know if they are becoming effective – so I was happy to finally find effective pelvic floor toners.
